Wooden Shovels can be obtained by Crafting them in a Crafting Table.
Crafting[]
- 1 Wooden Plank + 2 Sticks => 1 Wooden Shovel
- 1 Wooden Shovel + 5 Wooden Planks => 1 Boat
Usage[]
Wooden Shovels are used to mine Dirt, Gravel and Sand, to obtain Snowballs, and to make Grass Paths.

- Wooden Shovels are the slowest, in terms of mining,Durable Shovels.
- Wooden Shovels are used as 'paddles' in Boats.
- Wooden Shovels are the only Tool used in another Item's Crafting recipe.
- Wooden Shovels can be used as Fuel in a Furnace, like all wooden Tools.
- Given the low cost and non-stackability of a Wooden Shovel, it can be used as a filler when organising Chests.
