Stone Axes can be obtained through Crafting. They also have a 3.2% chance of generating as loot in an Igloo.

Stone Axes, like other Axes, are mainly used for obtaining Wooden materials.
Trivia[]
- Stone Axes are the second slowest Axe in-game, and the third most durable.
- Although they are called Stone Axes, they're made out of Cobblestone.
- Stone Axes are efficient starter Axes when playing Survival Mode, since Cobblestone is easy to obtain early on, and Stone Axes are more durable than wooden ones.
- Stone Axes have more durability than a Golden Axe. However, Golden Axes can chop Wood faster.
