Pumpkin Seeds are Items that were added in Update 0.8.0. 

Obtaining

When the Player destroys a mature Pumpkin Crop, it will drop 0-2 Pumpkin Seeds. It can also be obtained through Crafting.

Crafting

• 1 Pumpkin => 4 Pumpkin Seeds

Usage

Pumpkin Seeds can be Farmed to make Pumpkins.

Trivia

• Holding Pumpkin Seeds cannot be used to make Chickens follow the Player, though they can be used to Breed Chickens.
• Once Players have grown a Pumpkin, the Pumpkin Plant does not need to be cut down and can be used to grow infinite Pumpkins.
