Update 0.9.0 |
Peonies are Flowers that were added in Update 0.9.0.
Obtaining[]
Peonies can be obtained by breaking naturally generated Peonies, or by tapping one with Bone Meal.
Crafting[]
- 1 Peony => 2 Pink Dye
Usage[]
Peonies can be used to Craft Pink Dye, or simply as decorative blocks.
Trivia[]
- The base of the flower isn't always at the center of the block. For example, if the Player taps the Block a little to the left, the stalk may be a little to the left on the top of the block.
- Bug (MCPE-13304): Breaking a single Peony will result in two Peonies, which can be replanted separately, thus the Player can use one of this flower to make many more.
- In Update 0.16.0, the bug has evolved so that breaking by hand works as expected, but mining with a Fortune Enchanted Pickaxe drops even more flowers. This applies to all double-height flowers.
- In Update 0.15.0, the Peony's texture darkened in color.
- The Peony is one of five plants that grow to the height of the Player, the others being Roses, Large Ferns, Lilacs and Sunflower.
