Large Ferns are a vegetation Block added in Update 0.9.0. They are pale green in color.
Obtaining[]
Large Ferns can be found naturally in Taiga Biomes or created using Bone Meal on a Fern.
Large Ferns do not drop anything when destroyed, but can be harvested with Shears and yield two ferns.
Color[]
Depending on the Biome, Ferns will be a tinted color:
- Hot Biomes – Yellowish
- Cool Biomes – Darker Green
- Neutral Biomes – Lighter Green
