Iron Doors are a type of door that was added in Update 0.13.0.
Obtaining[]
Iron Doors can be obtained through Crafting. They can also spawn in Woodland Mansions.
Crafting[]
- 6 Iron Ingots => 3 Iron Doors
Usage[]
Iron Doors function similarly to regular Wooden Doors. The main differences are that they can only be opened when powered by a Redstone signal, and cannot be broken down by Zombies.
Trivia[]
- Iron Doors were available in-game, but were unobtainable without the use of inventory editors before Update 0.13.0.
- Bug: Prior to Update 0.10.0, the bottom half of the Iron Door in Minecraft appeared glitched, like a broken Glass Pane.
- Prior to Update 0.12.1, they were non-stackable, similar to Wooden Doors.
