Ghast Tears are Items that were added in Update 0.12.1.
Obtaining[]
When a Ghast is killed, it has the chance drop 1 Ghast Tear or no Ghast Tears at all.
Crafting[]
- 7 Glass + 1 Ghast Tear + 1 Eye Of Ender => 1 End Crystal
Brewing[]
- Ghast Tear + Awkward Potion => 1 Potion of Regeneration
Usage[]
Ghast Tears are used in the process of Brewing Potions. They can also be used to craft End Crystals to respawn the Ender Dragon.
Trivia[]
- Ghast Tears most likely originated from the fact that Ghasts cry.
- Ghast Tears have no other use besides being a Brewing ingredient.
- Before Update 0.12.1, Ghast Tears were coded in-game, but were available only through Inventory editing.
