Frosted Ice is a Block which was added in Update 1.1.
Obtaining[]
Frosted Ice generates exclusively when the Player uses the Frost Walker Enchantment to walk on Water. It cannot be obtained by hand or by using the Silk Touch Enchantment.
Usage[]
Frosted Ice behaves similarly to regular Ice, as it allows the Player to walk faster and slide on it. It melts relatively quickly compared to regular Ice however.
Trivia[]
- Though this Block has a texture and behavior almost identical to that of regular Ice, it holds a separate Block ID.
- Frosted Ice has another version, a slightly cracked one, which appears a few seconds after the Player moves away from the Block.
