Alliums are types of Flowers that were added in Update 0.9.0. Their appearance consists of a small green stem under a bright purple bulb speckled with light purple petals.

Alliums can be used as decorative blocks or can be used to craft Magenta Dye, which can be used for blocks such as dyed Wool.

- Alliums are actually a type of wild onion in real life.
- However, they are not used in the Food mechanics or otherwise related to Food.
- Alliums tend to be found in Flower Forests rather than being scattered around in Plains Biomes.
- When Bone Meal is used on an Allium, it will spawn other flowers and Double Tall Grass.
