Hey there everyone!

As you're all probably aware, Update 1.2, which will be coming out soon, will completely change how Minecraft is. We'll be expanding our viewerbase to include those on Consoles, and hence we're looking to expand our Staff team as well.

I'm happy to announce that we have a Content Moderator seat free. 

What are Elections?

For any new users we have, we hold Elections whenever we have a seat for any Staff post free. Users submit their applications, which users on our Wiki go over and vote for the candidate they feel best for the position. Voting is done through Google Forms.

Role Information

A Content Moderator is essentially an administrator-in-training. They have the ability to delete and move pages, edit protected pages, undelete pages, re-upload files and protect/unprotect pages.

Hey there everyone!

Sorry for the delay, but we're finally revealing the results of the recently held Rollback elections! 

The 3 new rollbacks are as follows (with the percentages of votes) -

1) PvPMaster2001 - 22% of the Votes

2) VendettaVisionGuy - 19.5% of the Votes

3) HerobrineAC0318 - 17% of the votes.

Congratulations! I will be granting your rights and username colors shortly. Also thank you to all other candidates for participating and helping make the elections successful!

I don't have a link to the final results but you can contact RedstoneDemigod if you would like to know. A huge thanks to her for helping handle the situation in the absence of the administrators.

Hello everyone! I am very happy to say that this is an end to our third, successful election. The results were very close at one point, particularly between three users, but in the end, it is always one user that gets the position.

Thank you and a good job to the candidates for a tough fought election. Really, it was very well fought. It was really close at one point, as I said previously. :)

(I know many users have problems with staff earning a higher staff position. While users should be only given a staff position through dedication and hard work, which 707Mithrandir and RedstoneDemigod have clearly shown, I do understand that users may be biased towards current staff, thinking that since they have more experience, they should be promoted. This, of course, is not true, but for the sake of peace and to be fair to everyone, I will implement a new rule later this week that should guarantee the fairness of elections to all users, regular users and staff alike. For now, please don't post anything related to this matter on this thread. Only give your congrats to Mithrandir here. If you have any queries, feel free to ask me on my message wall.)

Hello everyone! As you probably already know, we have our third election on this wiki! And this time, it is an election for the position of discussions moderator! We need a new discussion moderator as the demand for moderating the forums has increased, severely.

For all of you who did not participate or see the last election, please look at this page to understand how this system works.

I'll just shed some light on this position as I know a few users may be confused as to what a discussion moderator is and what does he/she do. Discussions moderators are tasked with moderating comments, threads, and the forums. To do this, they have special tools such as removing replies/threads, editing replies/threads, closing threads, moving threads (on the forums), highlighting threads (for official announcements), and managing the forum boards. If users are doing something against the wiki rules on comments/threads/forums, then a discussions moderator is supposed to warn the user who is doing this.

If you think you can be an effective discussions moderator, then by all means, post your application on the other highlighted thread. All users are encouraged to apply. :)

Important Note: Also, there is an important change since the last election. This time, users will not be allowed to discuss the applicants they want to vote for. Doing so can change other users' perceptions, and since this is a democratic election, we do not want that to occur. Any users caught doing so will first be given a warning, and then a short block if the offense is repeated after the warning has been given.

Hello everyone! As most of you may know, we had an admin election last month. Since it was so successful as so many users participated, both in applying and voting, I present to you our second election: the Content Moderator election!

For all of you who did not participate or see the last election, please look at this page to understand how this system works. I know many users here do not know what a content mod is and what are the rights and responsibilities of a content mod, as this wiki has never had a content mod before, so I will provide some information: Content mods can protect pages prone to vandalism and delete unnecessary and spammish pages. They can rollback any vandalism or unnecessary edits. The user must be familiarized with the format of pages on the wiki, and should be able to distinguish between correct and unnecessary edits. Due to so many administrative tools, this position is also regarded as a “mini-admin.” When an admin is offline, it is the content mod’s job to make sure everything is running smoothly around the wiki.
