<p>Wow stop arguing. Look sure it is clear that kids are gonna play minecraft more. It’s a game. The target audience for the game is little more than just young kids. I would say about up to teen to maybe young adult. But that doesn’t mean adult players are super rare. Look some youtubers I watch are well in their 30s heck even 40s with their own families that play minecraft. </p><p>Minecraft can be played of people of almost any age and people can find enjoyment from it. For me the big appeal of minecraft is creative mode. You are free to build whatever you please and create massive cool structures. It’s just like LEGO. Survival maybe aimed slightly younger demographic due to the open world exploration for kids to create their own little world. </p><p>Like seriously don’t underestimate the amount of older gamers out there, another series I love is Pokémon and there are peaople as old as 30 who grew up with Pokémon as a kid and still play today. They love shoving references to older games to appeal to these older people not just children </p><p>Like if you don’t want tons of notifications then just don’t get into many discussions or threads, turn off notifications and join in whenever you please. Don’t have selfish needs and make everyone else who wants a thriving community pay the price </p>

<p>Also that was mudkip. She has a rather quirky personality and the best way to handle her is to kinda let her do her thing but keep an eye on her. (I have experience with her, maybe a bit too much) </p>

<p>Minecraft itself isn’t dead. It’s definitely less active but all things considered it’s doing pretty well for itself. </p><p>Older players have left the game and they claim it’s dead however there are always more joining this community. The amount of bedrock players is much higher compared to java (even though java is the superior version) and I think the issue is no one really knows this wiki exists </p>
